These Terms of Service govern your use of the BreathRight online store operated by BreathRight (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or visiting our store, you agree to these terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform.

2. Products

BreathRight Sleep Strips are wellness consumer products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Do not use if you have nasal obstruction, sleep apnoea, or any respiratory condition without consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children under 18.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error occurs. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or other accepted payment methods at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled via our dropshipping suppliers and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 7–14 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-night money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your sleep results within 30 nights of receiving your order, contact us at support@breathright.shop for a full refund. No return of product is required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. This guarantee is limited to one claim per household.

6. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time. Customer testimonials reflect individual experiences and results may vary.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our store or its content for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to submit false or misleading information, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or damages our services or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BreathRight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
